Good morning , i hope you are well another cold day here although i can feel spring looming finally. The kids went back to school today a much needed break i must admit. Last week we enjoyed mum getting wiped out by a mystery virus day one of the holidays , pancake day was fun liam made yummy nutella and banana pancakes only way to eat them if you ask me and finally we enjoyed valentines day i cook us a fancy meal we shared with the children parent life haha. The rest of the week was pretty quiet got behind on everything then had a random case of lazyitus lol binned off al the non daily chores and played games and had fun with the kids board games and crafting is a must with all this wet weather.

Now that valentines has passed ive been asked the dreaded qustion what do you want for mothers day and honestly i dont know a nice nap lol. Aparently that isnt a gift its easy to go and get a new mug some flowers and chocolate standered mothers day gifts and nothing wrong with such thoughful gifts but i dont know about you i kind of stick to my one mug intil it breaks im cheap im a creature of habit. This got me thinking what would i actually like i love a homemade gift from the kids but just once id love something really special , i really want some lovely small hoop earrings nothing crazy as my lobes are damaged thanks to my emo phase fleshy anyone. That was went after conducting some research i came across huggie earrings.

What are huggie earrings ? A question i reccently asked myself as some who has always enjoyed fashion and jewlerry but ive not really got a collection. Since my early twentys ive not really worn as much due to having small children i didnt really have time to keep up with fashion and i had this fear of them choking , delightful intrusive thoughs during those early years ay.

Recently i was gifted AMAIA hoops the first pair of huggies to my collection and they wont be the last. The delicate medium hoops are so eligant and sleek. They elivate my overall look and catch the light beautifully.I really like the way the huggies fasten they feel so light you can barely tell your wearing any earrings , for me personally this is such a win i dont like that feeling of my ears being dragged if that makes sense. These are the best mothers day gift ive ever recived and i can feel myself feeling abit more me not just mum.
